For the first time in a while, slept hard overnight (Garmin shows 2 hour, 41 minutes of deep sleep). Although perhaps not long enough, it's a step in the right direction.
Of more concern is weight loss ... continue to lose pounds each day. Now down to 154.1 lbs (the lowest weight since high school days). I still get exercise and strength training, but know my food intake has been limited to salads and other low calorie meals meant to make my body inhospitable to cancer.
