Woke up around 0130 and tried for a couple of hours to get back to sleep.  Barhroom breaks and lower leg cramps contributed to the unrest. Finally got to sleep after 0400 and opened my eyes around 0600.  
Had my tea, coffee, and some juice along with vitamins/supplements. Dogs fed and took out to backyard to finish their business.  
Plans today do not include cycling.  Thought riding the bike might be causing the bleeding and wanted to test my theory on a potential cause.  Will do some light strength training and walk the neighborhood. Will try to consume more calories.  This morning's weigh-in showed no change.  That is a positive step.
