Well, same issues, different day.  Up/down overnight. Felt nauseated going to bed and started again in the morning. Lost more weight too! 😞 Still managed to get in some strength training and a walk.

Started a load of towels and cleaned the last master bedroom window. Anxiety is building for tomorrow's surgery.  Doing chores takes the edge off.  

Took some daylight pics of yesterday's work.  

Left a message with the UAB nurse to call me. Haven't heard.back yet ... getting a little concerned as I want to minimize delays.  Rains/winds last night, but fortunate no tornadoes like north of Birmingham. More rain coming overnight and tomorrow. 

Took a nap and was awaken by nurse at Montgomery Surgical Specialists that a patient canx and I could move up to 1200 ..  I said yes.  Clear liquids only after 0600 and no food after midnight.

Worked on bed when pool people came out to pressure wash deck.  Believe they might be here for a while.  So, will make some dinner and try to relax.  Dogs are restless too.
