Feel anxious this morning since getting out of bed.  Much on my mind with "time" a premium!

Quick coffee, vitamins, dogs fed, and some consumption of current events.  Did a little strength training (added light shoulder work).

Attempted a longer walk, but had to split up as my digestive system is in charge.  Regardless, got in a 2.69-mile walk ... the longest in weeks.

Because Tricare-East rejected my Guardant claim, began crafting appeal letter. Then had two calls from UAB wrt chemo side-effects. Then decided to attempt Zwift for the first time in a month.  Around 32 minutes and 10 miles is good with me.

Toward the end of the ride, pool guy came out to hook up gas heater.

Since the integrative doc emphasize omega-3 foods, had my weekly allowance of tuna.  Will have salmon tomorrow night.

Not much else to mention. Going through another cycle of "what ifs" and need to pull up.

Had a tough time sleeping overnight.  Right leg issues (paresthesia?) or something else? Haven't had much issues until I got back on bike.  Additionally, much on my mind.

Managed to perform my typical morning routines. Walked 2+ miles in fog and decided to ventured down to the little springs.  Needed to reflect on life and put my mind where it needs to be.

Continued to wordsmith my insurance appeal letter.  Since denial codes are encryptic, I decided to call Tricare-East to get some fidelity.   Although the rep couldn't find any actionable items, she did provide an phone number to the lab.  Kudos to Tricare-East rep--always professional, polite, and helpful.

Next up, the lab.  Wonderful people!  Very helpful and understanding.  They put my mind at ease.  Since my blogs are public, I will keep confidential my interactions with the lab.  All I will say is there is goodness in companies and people.  I was truly blessed today.

Based on the Integrative Medicine doctor's recommendations, had salmon tonight.  For me, don't care about taste as long as it serves a medical need.  Had some potatoes and peas along with 1.5 salmon filets.  Afterward, got 38 minutes on the bike.  Have to build stamina and then power.

My mind wandered toward what it would be like to successfully complete my treatments. Unsure actually when treatments would end.  Nonetheless, I can see myself riding my bike from the 5th floor pod, take elevator to second floor, cycle to the parking deck and down to 6th Avenue to my awaiting friends and family.  Ok, well, I can dream,  right?

Need a music outlet today, and.found it on YouTube (Bill Wither's Lovely Day):  https://youtu.be/sYi7uEvEEmk
